Across the week, participants focus on speed, tactics, and precision, learning how to get the most out of every race or open-water adventure. With expert instructors on hand, each session combines advanced skill development with practical on-water experience to help sailors handle more power and refine their technique.

Advanced Catamaran Week (5-Day)
Advanced Catamaran Sailing Week is an intensive course for experienced young sailors ready to take their skills further. Focusing on speed, tactics, and control, the week offers daily coaching and on-water challenges to help participants master high-performance catamarans. With expert instruction throughout, sailors refine boat handling, adapt to varying conditions, and gain the confidence to sail faster and smarter, whether for adventure or competition.

The course is open to young sailors who have completed at least RYA Stage 4 or have equivalent experience. It’s designed for those confident in handling a boat independently and ready to move into high-performance sailing.
No. All essential equipment, including boats and buoyancy aids, is provided by OSTT. Sailors should bring appropriate clothing for the weather, such as wetsuits, spray tops, and footwear suitable for water activities.
Participants train on high-performance catamarans used by OSTT for advanced coaching. These boats are fast, responsive, and ideal for developing skills in balance, coordination, and teamwork under different wind and water conditions.
