Family Paddling Sessions (8+)
Introduction
Our Family Paddling Sessions are the perfect way to spend quality time on the water together. Designed for children aged 8 and above with a parent or guardian, these guided sessions take place on the calm waters of Farmoor Reservoir. Whether you’re paddling for fun, looking for gentle exploration or just trying something new together, these short weekend sessions are relaxed, friendly and led by our experienced instructors. They form part of our Junior Weekend Courses and are suitable for complete beginners. All equipment is provided.

1 Hour Junior River Fun (8+)
A relaxed, fun paddle for juniors aged 8+ on sheltered water. This session is designed to build water confidence and basic paddling skills using stable kayaks or paddleboards.

1 Hour Family Fun (8+)
A shared session for juniors and their adult companions. Families paddle together under instructor guidance, learning balance, paddling technique and water safety.

2 Hour Family River Explore (8+)
A longer guided paddle session for families who want to explore more of the reservoir and surrounding waterways. Expect light adventure with instruction and support throughout.
