Junior Holiday Wing Courses

Our Junior Wing Courses are ideal for teens aged 12–16 who want to experience one of the most exciting watersports on offer. These 5-day courses give young people the opportunity to explore the basics of wing handling on land and water, progressing into controlled movement and board balance. Sessions are safe, fun, and packed with energy, all set at Farmoor Reservoir under the guidance of qualified instructors.

Courses are grouped by ability level so teens can move at a pace that suits them, whether they’re curious beginners or returning to improve on what they’ve already learned.

Wing-surf Stage 1 & 2 (5-Day)

Under expert coaching, juniors will learn to handle the wing, balance on the board, and harness the wind for smooth, controlled rides. With progression-focused sessions aligned to RYA principles, participants will develop their technique, gain independence on the water, and experience the excitement of a fast-growing watersport.

Wing-surf Stage 3 & 4 (5-Day)

With expert coaching aligned to RYA principles, juniors will progress to more advanced maneuvers, boost their confidence on the board, and develop independence on the water. Safety, fun, and skill progression remain at the heart of every session, ensuring participants leave ready to tackle more challenging wingsurf adventures and enjoy the thrill of high-performance wingfoiling.

Introduction To Wing-foiling

Experience the thrill of flying above the water by learning the basic skills of wingfoiling. During this course you will learn how to set up and launch foiling equipment and make your first short flight up on the foil, progressing the pre-learnt skills of Wingsurfing & taking them to the next level. This course will assist you in understanding and achieving your first flights in both directions and gaining the knowledge to increase flight time.

  • Previous experience required: RYA Improver Wing / Junior Stage 4 Wing-surf

First Flights Wing-foiling

At the end of this course, you will be able to set up, launch and recover wingfoiling equipment safely, making your first take-offs and short flights on the foil. Improving your knowledge and understanding of the equipment available and opportunities for continuing, including progressing your foiling to sustaining flights.

No. Our Learn-To-Wing and Wing Skills courses are designed for complete beginners aged 12–16.

Multi-Activity includes a mix of games and paddling, while Learn-To-Wing is more focused on technical progression and skill-building.

Yes. We provide wing boards, sails, wetsuits and buoyancy aids. Participants need only bring swimwear, lunch, and a towel.
